Podcasts are audio files made available on the Internet to download to an iPod, mp3 player, or your cellphone. Podcasts are usually a series, and new episodes can be often be downloaded automatically if you are a subscriber. Think of podcasts as a radio talk show. They usually focus on a specific topic such as cooking, movies, true crime, or politics, and often the host of the show will invite guests for interviews of to cover certain topics.

Podcasts are a great way to pass the time while also learning something new! You can listen to them on your daily commute, at the gym, or if you are a cancer survivor, in the waiting room or infusion room. There are podcasts on just about every topic you can imagine!
